What’s it with me having weird dreams and remembering them lately? I think it might have something to do with waking up on my own instead of by an alarm clock.

I’m sitting in a house, looking out a window. Leah is in another room, sitting at a kitchen table at another window. The clouds, outside, white and fluffy, are just below eye-level with me, as if either the house was up in the sky or the clouds were on the ground. In the distance, a little gathering of white cloud is roiling menacingly, churning and moving faster than clouds ought to. I wonder if it might be a tornado. Then I realize it’s coming straight for us, and I get scared.

I run into the other room to point it out to Leah. Now the moving clouds have gotten really close, there’s no time to react. We watch as the churning cloud rushes upon us, expecting who knows what. And then… the cloud rolls harmlessly over and around the house. As it does, a little puff of cloud-fog gets a few feet into the room through the window-screen. It looks really pretty, and then dissipates.
