Joe and I kept doing Bludy Noz alongside No Consensus – Bludy Noz being pretty much a recording-only project and being a bit different stylistically, and it also gave us a sort of laboratory to try out song ideas in that would often get picked up by No Consensus. In fact, to some degree, this was the case for all the little recording projects. Despite being recorded intermittently over a number of years, there’s a cohesiveness to the second Bludy Noz album, musically, that gives it an overall higher quality than The Bible Tapes.

This was also originally released on 90-minute cassette, and the version posted here is also trimmed down to fit on CD, and the outtakes can also be found on Epilepathy.
